a.粘合劑的涂布量應(yīng)控制在2.5-3.0g/cm2，粘接表面要全部涂布到；

b.拼接后用夾子夾緊30分鐘左右。豎直方向粘合時(shí)一定要開口，使粘合面增大，以確保粘合強(qiáng)度；
b. Clamp for about 30 minutes after splicing. When bonding in the vertical direction, an opening must be made to increase the bonding surface to ensure the bonding strength;
c.一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)被粘合部件有爆口等缺陷應(yīng)將光滑平整的一面朝外，以保證粘合質(zhì)量。

此外抗倍特板在安裝結(jié)束時(shí)如表面出現(xiàn)斑點(diǎn)或污跡，可用毛巾沾取少量油性清潔劑（油與丙酮的混合物）輕輕擦拭這些斑點(diǎn)或污點(diǎn)即可除去。如果沒有斑點(diǎn)或污跡用一般清潔劑如肥皂加水，或洗潔精加水擦拭便可。
In addition, if there are spots or stains on the surface of the anti magnification special plate at the end of installation, the spots or stains can be removed by gently wiping them with a small amount of oily cleaner (mixture of oil and acetone) dipped in a towel. 在加工邊緣時(shí)普遍采用的工具是手提鏤銑機(jī)。在進(jìn)行作業(yè)前應(yīng)清除板件表面的灰塵或異物，以免在板件表面留下劃痕或刻痕。

另外銑刀刃的長度應(yīng)大于加工件的厚度，以保證一次走刀能銑削出邊緣的線型。走刀時(shí)鏤銑刀應(yīng)從高處逐步向低處下滑直至鏤銑刀刃包容銑削邊緣。

When cutting, the router should gradually slide down from the high to the low until the router edge contains the milling edge.
值得注意的是，走刀時(shí)一定要保持平穩(wěn)，不要讓鏤銑機(jī)晃動(dòng)?；蝿?dòng)會使工件的邊緣形成不規(guī)則波紋，給后道砂磨拋光工序增加工作量，影響加工效率。
